Microneedling

$300

Microneedling uses a specialized device to create tiny, controlled punctures in the skin, prompting your body's own healing response. As the skin repairs itself, it produces more collagen and elastin — gradually improving fine lines, texture, and tone with each treatment. At Halcyon, a microneedling session is often paired with Chinese herbal serums, which further support collagen production, even out skin tone, and increase vitality, along with a few complementary acupuncture points woven in to support your overall balance.

Microneedling isn't right for everyone. It's not recommended if you're pregnant or trying to become pregnant, have active acne, eczema, psoriasis, or open skin lesions in the treatment area, have used isotretinoin within the past six months, have a history of keloid scarring, take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, or are immunocompromised. We'll review your full health history together before your first treatment, and your consent form covers the complete list.

Most patients feel mild discomfort rather than pain — a topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to keep you comfortable throughout. Some redness and sensitivity are normal for a day or two afterward, similar to a light sunburn, and most people return to normal activities the same day.

Because results build gradually as your body's own collagen production increases, most patients plan for a short series of treatments rather than a single visit — we'll recommend a course based on your skin and your goals.
